Refund Policy

If you think the item is damaged (like stitches are broken, or leather is damaged), we can either exchange the item or refund you. However, if you don't like the product no refund or exchange will be provided, as all our product's pictures and all other details about the products, we mentioned on the product page for you. So before placing ​your order, check all necessary detail.

 

Ox Leather Club offers exchanges and refunds under the following conditions:

• The product is returned within 7 days of the delivery date and the product is in its original condition.
• Refund or exchange will be processed once Ox Leather Club has received the original product and approved its condition
